FLEEING CIVILIANS
This group will never engage in any direct fighting. They add life to the show and make the battle seem more realistic by increasing the number of people on the battlefield. Participants may include people of all ages except adult men, including water carriers, who serve water to the other battle participants once the fight is over.
LIGHT TROOPS
This group will never engage in any direct fighting. They may, however, be hit by arrows. Participants may include couriers, and extras appearing as crossbowmen, archers, or soldiers (not taking part in any fighting).
ARCHERS
Archers may choose to engage in direct fighting, in addition to their archery.
According to Swedish law crossbows requires licens even when arrows are blunt. If you are interested in participating with a crossbow, please contact us.
CAVALRY
Both sides will present a mounted force. When you apply for the event, tell us which side you would rather be on. We will do our best to meet your specifications, based on your skills, your horse and your equipment. You must be 18 or over to register for this group.
FIGHTER
The participants in this category will take active part in the fighting. You must be 18 or over to register for this group.
